After 25 years in Greater Orlando, we've watched dozens of national chains come, win contracts, lose them, and leave. The same independent companies are still here. There's a reason.
Request a Walk-ThroughTechnology has made every part of the commercial cleaning business easier — the scheduling, the tracking, the equipment, the chemistry. The one thing that has not changed is that a person still has to walk into your building at 9 p.m. and clean it. That person has to care. That person has to show up. That person has to know what they're doing.
National franchises lost sight of that. The model that built them — sell a region to a franchisee, sell sub-territories under that franchisee, hire the cheapest labor that meets the contract, rotate that labor to wherever the day's emergency is — works on a spreadsheet and falls apart in your building.
We do the opposite. We hire carefully. We train extensively. We pay people enough that they stay. We assign a dedicated team to your building and we don't move them around. When something goes wrong, we hear about it from us first — not from you.
That's "People Power." It's the whole story.
We've spent twenty-five years asking facility managers what they actually want from a cleaning company. The answers are remarkably consistent.
The work has to be done. Done well. Every time. The standard has to be the same on month thirty-six as it was on day one. That's harder than it sounds — and it's the reason most cleaning contracts end.
You shouldn't have to chase your cleaning company. We check in. We report. We answer the phone. The relationship is two-way, and the burden of maintaining it is on us, not you.
When something goes wrong, you need a person — not a ticket number, not a national call center, not an account manager three states away. You need someone who can walk into your building tomorrow. That's how we're structured.
"Many of our customers have been with us for over 20 years. That says a lot about the way we do business."
Every member of our crew goes through a structured recruitment process, a background check, and a hands-on training program before they ever clean your building solo. We require crews to call us immediately if they can't make a shift — no ghosting, no surprises. Substitute crews are pre-trained on your building's program; they're not strangers.
We pay more than the regional average. We promote from within. Most of our senior team has been with us for over a decade. The people who do good work, stay; the people who don't, don't.
That's the system behind the people.
