From First Call to First Clean

Four steps to a building you stop thinking about.

You request a walk-through.

Fill out the form or call. Within one business day, a senior team member — often Jeff himself — gets back to you to schedule a time that works for your operation. No screening, no qualification call first.

We walk your building.

We come on-site. We measure. We ask. We take notes on the things most cleaning companies miss: where the supply closet is, which conference room hosts the board, which floor has the executive who notices when a baseboard is dusty. We learn your building before we quote it.

You get a custom quote.

Not a one-size template. A program built around your actual square footage, frequency requirements, vertical considerations, and the specific quirks of your facility. Pricing is itemized and clear. No mystery line items, no "additional services as needed" loopholes.

We start. You stop worrying.

We introduce your dedicated crew on day one. We run the Double-Check Cleaning System on every visit. We check in proactively. If something's off, you hear about it from us — not the other way around.

Two sets of eyes on every job.

Each cleaning job gets inspected on a rotating schedule by a senior team member — separate from the crew that did the work. Standards stay tight. Issues get caught before clients find them. This is the single biggest reason our customer retention runs in decades, not years.

Our standard equipment includes ProTeam HEPA backpack vacuums that capture 99.97% of particles .3 microns or larger — the same standard medical facilities require. Surfaces aren't just wiped; they're disinfected with materials that meet EPA standards for healthcare environments. Even on a standard office account, the cleaning we do is healthcare-grade.

You'll have one primary contact at ImageOne. That person knows your building, knows your crew, and knows your account history. If there's an issue, you call them. If we have an issue, they call you. Same person, every time, for as long as you're with us.

We do periodic on-site check-ins above and beyond the cleaning visits. We send a monthly summary of work completed for accounts that want it. We respond to non-emergency messages within one business day, and emergency messages — building-access issues, post-event last-minute cleans, anything urgent — within an hour during business hours.
