Jeff Hiers started ImageOne Janitorial Services in 2001 in Maitland, Florida. Before that, he'd spent over a decade working in the commercial cleaning industry — long enough to see every way a cleaning contract can go wrong, and long enough to know what it takes to do it right.
The plan was modest: build a local cleaning company in Central Florida, hire carefully, train well, and keep customers by actually doing what we promised. Twenty-five years later, the plan is the same. The office is in the same building. The phone number is the same. Many of the customers from those first few years are still customers today.
We've grown — we now serve eight Central Florida counties, with dedicated crews running daily across the region — but we haven't grown out of being a local company. Jeff still answers the phone. We still walk every building before quoting it. The standards are the same.

With 30+ years in the commercial cleaning industry, Jeff founded ImageOne in 2001. Everyone who knows Jeff attributes his success to his commitment to always do the right thing. He takes care of his people, keeps his word, and honors his commitments.
Michael joined ImageOne in 2005. As one of our most seasoned team members, he has worked in just about every business capacity including customer service, sales, crew recruitment/training, and operations. He believes in follow-up and follow-through — you can count on Michael to get things done.
Ginnie brings 26+ years of business management experience to ImageOne. She oversees daily janitorial operations, fosters client relationships, conducts crew orientation training, and supervises quality control and safety checks. Her can-do attitude makes her our go-to person for client service and crew relations.
Chris joined ImageOne in 2013 and covers Orange, Osceola, and Lake Counties. He works closely with clients and cleaning crews to provide excellent customer service, approaching every day as an opportunity to solve problems and find creative solutions.
Jonah is the Account Manager for Volusia and Seminole Counties. A seasoned account manager, Jonah prioritizes relationship-building and problem-solving in his approach to client interactions and crew management.
Dave has been a part of our inside sales team for more years than he cares to say. He brings a wealth of professional sales and customer experience to ImageOne.
Jand has been a valuable part of our marketing team since 2007 focusing on Inside Sales. She loves visiting with people and looks forward to assisting you with your janitorial needs.
Kailyn is responsible for the Accounting department. She began her career with ImageOne in January 2022 in Operations, which gave her a great overview and introduction into our business model. She most appreciates the collaborative work environment.
Brianna spends her days recruiting and developing new hires for our professional cleaning program. Her daily conversations focus on informing potential candidates of our clients' needs and communicating the importance of doing a job that promotes excellence.
Jake joined our staff in 2023 and has spent time gaining a full understanding of the needs for each department. When he is not attending college classes, Jake supports our Sales Department.
Jared keeps everyone organized and on their toes. His favorite part of being at ImageOne is the pleasant work environment where everyone helps one another out with a good sense of humor.
The cleaning crew is in your building. The office answers the phone. The principal walks the building. Nothing happens unless somebody shows up.
No call centers. No tickets. No "we'll route your concern to the appropriate team." You call. A person at ImageOne answers. That person knows what to do.
The cleaning we do for a one-location dental office is the same cleaning we do for a fifty-location financial institution. The contract size doesn't change the standard.
